Peace, everyone! I am still riding an energetic high, following my participation in Ivy Child & Lululemon's Breathe Together 2018 event. I was able to meet and talk with some truly inspiring people who at dedicated to bringing Wellness and Mindfulness to children and families in their communities. The motivation that I received at that event, brought me here, to my first blog post on this site.
In celebration of the birth of this blog, I'd like to extend an invite to you, to participate in The 28 Day Meditation Adventure. I am sharing this opportunity with those who connect with me in all areas of my life, both personally and professionally. The 28 Days of Meditation was first mentioned to me by a fellow faculty member at The Advent School and I felt this would be a beautiful tradition to continue with our current community members, while also offering to you.
Below you will find the details of The 28 Day Meditation Adventure, which will begin on Thursday, February 1, 2018. However, you can join in at any point along the 28 day adventure.
