With the weather warming up (kind of, haha!), I’m ready to transition into my Spring and Summer Yoga and Wellness offerings. I have some fun things coming up over the next few months, including this Workshop Series at 4 Corners Yoga & Wellness, which will focus specifically on Self-Care.

Description: Self-care is a very important and powerful choice to engage or disengage in activities that are essential to maintain your optimal level of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
In this interactive self-care workshop you will be guided through relaxing & restorative yoga and meditation techniques and explore the benefits of the body, mind, and spirit connection. Each of the three workshops will feature a different aspect of / approach to Self-Care, in addition to a Restorative Yoga Flow.
Time and space will be provided to assess habits in your current daily routine, create new habits and strengthen existing habits to maximize your happiness and your productivity, while minimizing anxiety and stress.
