Happy Monday, y’all. I am beyond excited to announce that I have recently joined the organization, Breathe for Change, as a Boston area Meditation Trainer! As part of an amazing team, I will help to train 100 educators from all over our region, in a 200 hour program which goes from January through May! Breathe for Change offers various Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness and overall Wellness professional development and training opportunities across the country, for individuals working within schools.
Fortified with even more knowledge than ever in the area of Meditation and Mindfulness, thanks to this amazing opportunity with Breath for Change, I am happy to be offering another 28 Day Meditation (and Mindfulness) Adventure this year.
Below you will find the details of The 28 Day Meditation Adventure, which will begin on this Friday, February 1, 2019. However, you can join in at any point along the 28 day adventure.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “28 Day Meditation Adventure” in the Subject line.
I will respond with an email invite to the “Meditation Adventure” Google Calendar. Each week an "Alert" and an email will be sent out with the Meditation Theme and cueing to help guide you through your personal mediation practice.
Commit to practice daily – The meditations are designed to take as little as one minute but you decide how long you will sit. You can sit alone, with friends or family. Check off or somehow note each day that you meditate on the “Meditation Adventure” Google Calendar.
At the completion of this Meditation Adventure, take a screenshot of your weekly note and email it to the address above on Wednesday, March 1 (no later than March 3*). Your name will be posted to the list of participants here on the Blog.
During the 28 days, please feel free to share your thoughts and observations about your experience during this adventure. You can log on to the this blog and add your comments.Your insight, thoughts and experiences will help us feel connected and supported along our journey together. Feel free to email me at email@example.com if you have any questions along the way or need any support/encouragement.
