We're honored to welcome the legendary Ursula Rucker to The Poets Cauldron.
For our artist talk, @marleneboyette will be sitting down with Ursula for a powerful conversation you won't want to miss diving into poetry, truth-telling, and the kind of artistry that moves through spirit and body alike.
Marlene Boyette is a healing arts facilitator, writer, poet, and educator with more than fifteen years of experience guiding individuals and communities through practices that support rest, reflection, and reconnection. Her work brings together trauma-informed yoga, sound meditation, and contemplative practices that help people regulate the nervous system and return to the wisdom of the body.
Her relationship with words began long before her work in the healing arts. Marlene has written as a music reviewer and cultural writer, contributed poems to published anthologies, and has always held a deep love for language as a form of creative expression.
Today, she brings these worlds together. Through sound, movement, and storytelling, she creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and remember themselves.
