On Thursday August 27th I will join Modern Mentor to facilitate a healing circle for youth, centering healthy coping strategies and rest, as part of the organizations CopeCode summer programming.

During this workshop / healing circle, participants will be engaged in conversation around what they are currently carrying, how they are navigating stress, and what they can do to support themselves moving forward.

We will discuss what happens without rest, rest and responsibility, rest, culture and age, and what shapes rest on their day to day.
