Happy Friday, everyone. On Monday, April 9, 2018 I will be leading the flow for @PeaceInBoston 's #MantraMondayYoga . This class will welcome ALL levels, working on balancing poses and Slow Flow. Come vibe with us and get your week off to a peaceful start.

Class begins at 6pm.
