I realize that the happenings of 2020 and the start of 2021 have left many folks seeking out even more opportunities to decompress, ground and be in community with others, which has become a bit of a challenge while still in the midst of a pandemic.

For that reason i have transitioned my Summer season outdoor class to an online offering, which takes place every Sunday via Zoom at 11 AM.
