Designed with both new and experienced students in mind, classes are intended to be vigorous, yet made accessible with the opportunity to for each participant to move at their own pace. A variety of options are always offered for each posture, as well. Expect to engage in dynamic movement with integrated deep, long rounds of breath.
This style of yoga builds core power, stretches, strengthens and cleanses the body, and offers the opportunity for deep healing and release. Our intent in all our classes is to build a non-competitive environment where students are invited to move at their own pace.
