FREE COMMUNITY EVENT | SATURDAY, 11/4 from 6:15PM - 7:30PM

Many of us are going through difficult times at the moment. If you find yourself overwhelmed by the weight of the world, we invite you for an evening of self-care in the presence of community.

We know the toll overwhelm can take on our mental and emotional well-being, which is why we are offering this event for free.

Please allow us to care for you!

This offering, facilitated by me (@marleneboyette), will offer a guided meditation and sound bath*, intended to soothe our hearts.

Remember, you do not have to face these challenges alone.

*Please note - for livestream participants the sound bath element of the class will not be available due to technical constraints. Thank you for your understanding.
