My seasonal outdoor Sunday class - YOGA @ JAMAICA POND begins SUNDAY JUNE 2, 11:30AM - 12:30PM.

This is YEAR 9 and I’m SO excited. ✨🌲 🌲 🧘🏾‍♀️ 🧘🏻‍♂️ 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🧘🏾 🧘🏻‍♀️🌲🌲✨

I’ve extended the permit time as well, so that we can spend some time together post class, checking in, having lunch under the trees, daydreaming… whatever we’d like.

There will also be some upcoming sunset sound baths happening at the same location.
