Welcoming Ease
I’m looking forward to partnering with the City of Boston, to provide wellness programming for their employees during Women’s Month.
This special practice is an immersive, full-body listening experience that uses guided meditation and sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes for participants. This session is intended to encourage the release of stress and strain from your mind and body, welcoming a sense of ease, and begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound meditation, also called a “sound bath” and “sound therapy” are forms of meditation in which a person (or a group!) experiences sound waves generated by singing bowls, chimes and gongs, among other options that vary by provider. The meditative experience is meant to welcome a sense of ease to participants.
