Tamara is a Massachusetts-based Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who specializes in adolescent and adult mental health, particularly depression and anxiety. With a cultural competence lens, she supports underserved communities, offering individual and group therapy. Tamara, a first-generation Haitian-American, founded ‘Healing with Trust Therapy’ in 2020.

Marlene is a social justice focused educator and certified youth & adult trauma informed wellness facilitator. She teaches yoga full time in a school setting while also engaging & activating communities. Growing up between a small Irish Catholic town in Central Massachusetts and a diverse Texas city near a major military base shaped Marlene’s profound appreciation for balance, racial equality, nature, and connection. Since moving to Boston in 2003 she has dedicated her yoga practice to serving marginalized communities, focused on using wellness to engage, support, inspire and empower.
