Join social justice focused educator and trauma informed yoga & meditation facilitator Marlene Boyette for “Mindful Moves,” a dynamic workshop designed to help middle school and high school educators seamlessly introduce trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness into their classrooms.

This 75-minute session is intended to empower educators with accessible, practical techniques and activities to engage students who may initially find these practices unfamiliar or awkward.

Engage with approaches that promote the fostering of an inclusive, supportive classroom environment where students and educators can develop a sense of comfort around exploring the benefits of mindfulness and yoga.
