During this on-location, 1 hour singular experience, space will be created and held for your group to ease into deep rest, with the intention of disrupting the stresses and strains of ‘productivity culture”.

The session is not a yoga class, but will included gentle, restorative movement (and stillness), a guided meditation and a sound bath that welcomes participants to re-align their energetic body using powerful sound vibrations.
