During this on-location experience, space will be created and held for the group to lean into self paced restorative yoga and deep rest, with the intention of disrupting the stresses and strains of “productivity culture”.

After the movement portion of this offering, a guided meditation and a sound bath will follow, welcoming participants to re-align their energetic body using immersive sound.

The offering will close with an herbal tea ceremony.
