Mind, Body and Playful Spirit.
The embodiment and implementation of the Sanskrit word Leela (Lila), meaning “divine play,” intersecting with a trauma-informed approach, lays the foundation for both my personal practice and my teaching and facilitation philosophy. I am deeply committed to creating spaces where wellness, joy, rest, and care can thrive—spaces that welcome people back to themselves with softness and integrity.
As an educator and community facilitator, I use sound meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and its guiding principles as catalysts for awakening and nurturing the playful, joyous spirit in both adults and children. My work encourages healing, autonomy, and self-care while addressing the unique needs of individuals and communities.
In the Greater Boston area and beyond, I have cultivated and held space for schools, nonprofits, cultural institutions, businesses, and grassroots organizations. Whether I am offering social-emotional learning curriculum for students, trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness practices for faculty, specialized workshops for nonprofits, intentional decompression spaces for employees, or one-on-one opportunities for individuals to deepen their connection to self through yoga or sound meditation, my goal is always the same: to align people with practices that honor their humanity, foster balance, and meet them where they are.
I believe in care as a form of resistance and rest as a birthright. Through my offerings, I invite people of all ages to experience healing, choice, community, and joy as essential parts of wellness.
