I partner with schools, organizations, cultural institutions, and corporations to support wellbeing at both the individual and systemic level. My work is grounded in the belief that staff, faculty, and administrator wellness is the foundation for healthy learning and work environments. When adults are supported as whole humans, cultures of care can emerge that sustain learning, creativity, and connection for everyone.

Staff, Faculty & Administrator Wellbeing

Supporting the wellbeing of staff and leadership is essential to cultivating environments that feel welcoming, safe, and equitable. I work with schools and organizations to design wellness experiences that support regulation, reflection, rest, and sustainable engagement.

Includes:

  • Trauma informed yoga & mindfulness

  • Sound meditation

  • Wellness workshops

  • Retreats and series

  • Burnout prevention & sustainability practices

This work centers adults as humans first, acknowledging their lived experiences, identities, and wisdom, and supporting them in reconnecting with joy, creativity, and care in their daily work.

Identity Aware Social Emotional Learning & Wellness

Identity support is a vital component of social emotional learning and overall wellbeing. I support environments in thoughtfully integrating identity aware practices that honor lived experience while remaining accessible, developmentally appropriate, and relationship centered.

This may include:

  • Affinity / identity informed wellness spaces

  • SEL integration through yoga and mindfulness

  • Workshops for diverse staff, faculty, or employee groups

  • Support for individuals working in predominantly white environments

When identity is acknowledged as part of wellness, individuals are better resourced to regulate, connect, and participate meaningfully in learning and work environments.
