What is a “Sound Bath”, “Sound Meditation” or “Sound Healing”…

A sound meditation, also called a “sound bath” and “sound therapy” can be traced back to India, China and Africa. These forms of meditation welcome participants to experiences sound frequencies generated by metal or quartz singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other instruments selected by the practitioner.

The meditative experience is intended to encourage a sense of ease / deep relaxation, shifting stagnant energy / emotions within the body, in addition to the following benefits:
