Private and small group yoga classes are a great way to encourage self-care and practice yoga, meditation and mindfulness within a more intimate setting . While attending classes within a yoga studio can be a wonderful experience for many, some people may reap greater benefits and feel a deeper sense of ease from a more private and personalized approach, via one on one (or small group) instruction.

Private and small group classes can be scheduled for 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions, virtually or in person.

Private instruction may be beneficial for individuals whom:

  • Are new to or are returning to practicing yoga

  • May have specific special needs

  • Are seeking an opportunity to work closely / directly with an instructor

  • Would like to build a greater sense of self-esteem, self-reliance and empowerment through their personal yoga practice

Note: Individual or small group private yoga instruction is available by appointment virtually, within a public green space (weather permitting*) or at a participating studio or community center.
