Group yoga classes are a great way for students to have fun, learn the basics of yoga, interact with others, make new friends and build a sense of community. However, some may reap greater benefits from a more personal approach, via one on one (or small group) instruction. Classes are 1 hour long.



Private instruction can prove to be very beneficial for individuals whom:

  • Are new to practicing yoga
  • May have specific special needs
  • Are seeking to develop a greater ability to focus
  • Would like to build a greater sense of self-esteem, self-reliance and empowerment

Individual or small group yoga instruction is available by appointment at your home, a public green space (weather permitting*) or at a participating studio or community center.
