Join me on TUESDAYS for RELEASE YOGA @ 6:30PM

Description: This accessible yoga series, led by trauma-informed yoga instructor and sound meditation facilitator, Marlene Boyette (Leela Yoga + Wellness), focuses on empowerment through choice and presence.

RELEASE welcomes participants to engage with and listen to their breath, their body, and their mind, developing a rhythm that honors their individual needs for both movement and stillness.

Each class acts as an invitation for students to explore the way that they approach their yoga practice, creating space to release what doesn’t serve, support or sustain them.
