This special gathering / workshop, hosted by Marlene Boyette of Leela Yoga + Wellness (Boston, MA) and BREATHE, for the second year in a row, is dedicated to awakening the Heart Chakra and celebrating divine feminine energy and (Self) love.
The Heart Chakra is connected to love, compassion, forgiveness, grief, joy and the ability to build meaningful relationships with Self and with others.
About the Event:
Marlene Boyette, an experienced educator, trauma-informed yoga, and sound meditation facilitator, created The Goddess Hour with the intention of holding soft, welcoming space for goddesses to reignite the power of their divine feminine energy while in community with one another.

Comfortable attire that inspire your sensuality, and that allows gentle yoga movement, (shades of green are encouraged).
