This unique community gathering, “Frolic & Rest,” invites you to reconnect with your inner child through playful activities such as games, drawing, reading, daydreaming, blowing bubbles, searching for four-leaf clovers and more.
The event culminates in a serene dual sound bath led by Marlene Boyette and Jessica Paulino, designed to lull you into a state of rest and ease.
Following the sound bath, enjoy a potluck-style spread of healthy and nostalgic snacks and beverages.
